In January 19th and 20th 2009 AEROMNIA administrator Liliana Stronciu and the General Manager Francesco Garganese visited the ELA Aviación factory in Spain.
This meeting finalized the negotiations that the 2 companies began a month earlier about the possibility of starting commercial distribution of autogyros in the Balkan area.
The 2 days passed in a very relaxed atmosphere discussing business scenarios and experiencing the reliability of flight in the well known autogyros that ELA has been producing for more than 10 years. Their much copied technology is testimony to the technical validity of the ELA design.
