On 23 e 24 June 2007 at Ozzano in Italy, Aeromnia participate at “Cielo & Volo 2007”, the most important Aeronautical Meeting for ultralight airplanes in Central of Italy.
Every year, for 2 days, pilots and enthusiasts of flight come from all over Italy to talk and exchange views about airplanes, piloting techniques and watch the flight demonstrations.
Unfortunately, instead of the usual joyful meeting a tragedy occurred. Vittorino Magnani crashed and was killed during a demonstration of his CT ultralight.
While we all know that flying can be a dangerous business, Vittorino’s death brings it home to us as an admonition that accidents can happen even to the best and most experienced of us.
