Today, Aeromnia’s first Skyleader 200, identification mark T7-MAE, was consigned.
This event completes a long process which began in July 2006 to obtain a Skyleader aircraft to take to Romania for commercial purposes and to get this type of aircraft formally certified in Romania.
Initially, the aircraft will be based at Torino Aeritalia airport (LIMA), where Aeromnia is contemplating moving its Italian commercial offices. This glorious airport has been the site of aeronautical activities for almost a century, being testimony to the early days of flight in Turin and to events of national importance.
It is worth recalling that the arrival of T7-MAE marks the start of microlight aircraft in the hangars of this austere Torinese airport, in view of the forthcoming legislative reorganisation of the ultralight sector in Italy, now in the concluding phases of parliamentary approval.
